O hotel é bem antigo, quando chegamos o quarto 223 não tinha água quente no chuveiro, pedimos para arrumar, disseram que arrumariam no dia seguinte e sem sucesso pedimos para trocar o quarto. Café da manhã e uma ilusão até que tem bastante coisa mas não são boas Não me hospedaria novamente

Não gostei do hotel por vários motivos: é extremamente barulhento (rua movimentada, música alta e hóspedes falando alto cedo), não tem elevador e a estrutura é antiga, com corredores estreitos e acesso difícil. O colchão é muito mole e desconfortável, o que prejudica o descanso. O café da manhã é fraco, com itens simples e pouca higiene, além de ser muito barulhento. Também não há opções para vegetarianos ou sem glúten, e o hotel não demonstrou interesse em atender essa necessidade.

A equipe é gentil e atenciosa; e o café da manhã é muito saboroso. Mas não tivemos uma experiência muito positiva no quarto: cama desconfortável, objetos quebrados, muito barulho nos corredores (uma vez que ficamos acomodados próximo à recepção e não havia controle de barulho em nenhum horário), piscina suja e sem manutenção. O local é bom, fácil de localização e circulação, mas o quarto nos decepcionou bastante.

Tivemos problemas na parte eletrica do apartamento 217. Ao ligar o chuveiro eletrico todas as luzes do apartamento apagavam. Entrdo em curto, passamos 4 dias tomando banho de agua fria, e pedido uma soluções e infelizmente não foi resolvido. Cafe da manhã maravilhoso. Estrutura do ap velha.

O hotel é bem localizado. Próximo à beira mar. Muitos restaurantes por perto. Os colaboradores são muito cordiais. O quarto que fiquei era pequeno, mas, bem conservado e limpo. O café da manhã tinha boas opções e com diferencial das tapiocas, omeletes e panquecas feitas na hora. O hotel tem duas piscinas pequenas com um deck bem atrativo.
