"We had such a wonderful stay at Langham Palace! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained, but what really made our experience stand out was the staff. We arrived in the morning after breakfast had already ended, and the staff was kind enough to make us something quick to eat anyway. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated after traveling. They also upgraded us to a nicer room, which was another wonderful surprise. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. A beautiful, clean property combined with genuinely caring staff makes such a difference when traveling. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!"

"I was very pleased with my stay at the Hilton Baiyan terminal 3 the location was very convenient I walked right of the plane directly to the hotel. I was greeted with a competent and polite staff who provided fine service. I was then escorted to my room that was exceptionally clean and organized. The deluxe king room was a good and affordable choice for me it was very comfortable for a s olo traveler staying for 10 days. The Hotel had a nice presentation with a nice buffet breakfast and a dinner restaurant who's selection of food was very good. I would have preferred the pool be inside because it would rain. The Hotel is 30 to 50 minutes from some of the iconic areas but using DIDI was ver. The hotel massage and spa was wonderful easy and affordable too. I was very pleased."

"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"

"One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The property is conveniently situated and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. There is a convenient store steps away from hotel lobby. Cons would be the pool availability which is very limited due to the overwhelming amount of kids swim lessons, (for non hotel guests), there are. Another disappointment was I booked the two bedroom suite because of the washer/dryer it came with but the dryer is not operating as it should and clothes don’t come out dry."

"We enjoyed our stay here especially with the amenities for children with a good play area. You get what you expect with a Hilton hotel and we found it to be good value for money, but the hotel is definitely aging a bit. Also was disappointed that their bar only opened at 2pm. Aside from that, location was lovely, room was comfortable and staff were extremely kind and helpful."
