Beautiful VILLA 100m2 with view and direct access to the sea, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, in enclosed park

  • Beautiful seaside VILLA "Les Pieds dans l'eau" of 100m2 with beautiful view, direct access to the sea and the beach of the small North Port. It is surrounded by a large wooded, enclosed park of 1000m2 with parking and access to the rear street by a gate. It is made up of a large living room with sea view, a modern kitchen with serving hatch, a bathroom, three bedrooms, two of which have sea views, one with a large bed 160x200 and the other two with two 90x190 beds plus a folding bed (on request). It is located 1000m from the center of the village of FOURAS with all the necessary shops. Cleaning is not included. Sheets are not provided except on request. For the spring-fall rental, heating is billed according to consumption. Open ==> "More detail" == for the cleaning and the sheets !!
    SHEET SUPPLY OPTION: 10 euros per room for 7 days.
    HOUSEHOLD OPTION END OF STAY: 50 euros (40 to 100 euros may be taken from the deposit if cleaning is not or poorly done).

De plus nous l'avons trouvée bien équipée avec des petits plus dans les tiroirs de salle de bain, des boissons dans le réfrigérateur...Si l'on ajoute les chaises longues dans la verdure, les vélos pour faire le marché sans oublier la vue cela compose un excellent séjour.Merci Mr Salviat

Voici notre 2e séjour dans la villa au bord de l’eau. Une maison très agréable à vivre et avec une vue exceptionnelle. Que du positif. Le grand terrain est un plus pour les enfants ou pour se reposer à l’ombre des arbres.

Belle maison au bord de mer, très lumineuse et spacieuse. Toute équipée aussi bien dans la cuisine, salle de bain, chambre... et salon de jardin. (Il y aurait juste pour moi, à rajouter un rideau devant la grande baie vitrée (blanc afin de ne pas caché trop la luminosité) afin d'avoir un peu plus d'intimité car passage piétonnier. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail ce séjour nous a vraiment ressourcé !

Villa à Fouras

Nous avons séjourné quinze jours dans cette jolie maison de bord de mer, qui a correspondu en tous points à la description de l'annonce. L'endroit est très calme, dans un cadre élégant et offre une vue à 180° sur la mer. Côté pratique, rien ne manque pour y vivre à deux ou en famille. Tout est de bon goût, de l'ameublement à la vaisselle en passant par la literie d'excellente qualité. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité du centre ville et son marché quotidien. L'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire nous a comblés et nous reviendrons très certainement l'an prochain. Location très recommandable.

la maison a été rénovée récemment, avec une jolie décoration. l'environnement est très calme, tout près de l'école de voile. il est facile d'aller au centre-ville et à tous les centres d'intérêt à vélo. Von der grossen Fensterfront und vom Garten schöner Blick aufs Meer mit dem Auf und Ab von Ebbe und Flut. Gut ausgestattete Küche, einzig vermisst haben wir Küchentücher. Ebenso war uns nicht klar. dass keine Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Darauf müsste im Inserat hingewiesen werden.

Nous avons apprécié l’ensemble des prestations offertes. L’équipement est très complet et de bonne qualité. Nous avons regretté le dysfonctionnement des volets déroulants du salon, surtout en cette saison hivernale. Il manque sans doute un sèche-serviettes électrique dans la salle de bains. Calme, confort et vue étaient au rendez-vous...

Vacances face à l’océan

On adore cet endroit qui est tellement bien situé face à l’océan et à deux pas des plages et centre ville. La maison convient bien pour une famille et son jardin est très agréable. Super idée d’avoir mis cette année à disposition une table de ping-pong et deux vélos!

Logement ancien mais très bien restauré, tout est refait a neuf, très bonne literie, très grande salle de séjour avec 3 grandes baies vitrées, cuisine au top avec tous les accessoires possible. Aurélie à l'accueil est formidable, sympathique, et de très bon service, elle vous informera sur la ville de Fouras.
