"Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for " we accept tips"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said " room cleaning and amenities are at your request only". They still have carpeted floors in the room. There were no dressers or any drawers to put your belongings. The bolt lock on the door didn't work. The person that took care of the breakfast was extremely intrusive. He went around singing in a very loud voice, and would sit at your table uninvited and started talking to you! ASll in all a very unpleasant experience."

"Owner seems to work hard with his family. Lives on site. Has others living there too. Tried to make room better just came up short. I assume on monies. Bed was great sheets were nice. As I always say you get what you pay for. 69$ and a great bed winner. People living at property not so great."

"Five adults stayed for three nights and totally enjoyed the house. The extra amenities like phone charges were a nice touch. The house was well appointed and stocked. Mary was great to work with, always there when and ifwe needed her. She is a great host! We hope to return next year when we play in the MUDspiel at Plymouth State University."

"Clean room. Staff friendly. Breakfast was decent for what they offered- fruit yogurt cereal bagels etc. Plenty of parking. Was great value for price. Walls are a bit thin so it was a little noisy but we put bathroom fan on and it helped. Overall we were happy with stay! "

"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"The cabin was very cozy and fit our family (& pup) with plenty room. It is a little ‘rustic’ but exactly what we were looking for. Grounds are magical- tire swing, a brook, fire pit. Kids say it is their favorite place we have stayed so far. Host very responsive and helpful."

"I stayed here with my Groom, a few groomsmen, and one Wedding guest for our Wedding weekend and it was just absolutely perfect. Right across for the Barn on the Pemi it was the perfect place to be for easy access. Plus when we inevitably forgot this thing or the other thing it was easy to run across the street to grab them. Added to the absolute perfect weekend. Plus the owners are so kind and so easy to work with! We are so happy with our stay here! :)"
