Centric location, close to pharmacies and other places. Overall, clean areas, comfortable bed and quiet. Great buffet for breakfast and the dinner restaurant was a life saver. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower, as it was a nightmare, we were either freezing or boiling when showering. Overall, it was a great experience. I hope the shower situation was only an issue in our room.

Hotel common areas clean and tidy. Room was dated but comfortable enough. Bathroom was very basic. Noisy neighbours and road noise but ear plugs helped. Very helpful staff, was given early check in. 10 min walk to restaurants and super market. 25 mins to falls and airport in uber.

We had a good experience with this hotel. My room was a little musty smelling but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s no fan in the bathroom. The pool was lovely! The rooms were quiet. The breakfast was really fantastic. Staff was helpful. They were not all bilingual so sometimes we had to wait because we also weren’t bilingual.

A internet não é tão rápida, café da manhã tem que melhorar pq reaproveitam os bolos do dia pra o dia seguinte e em diante e não repõe pra o dia subsequente. Os funcionários e o restaurante do térreo e o bar da piscina impecáveis nota 10 Teve um ocorrido conosco no hotel que foi a retirada do tapete pra colocar o carpete que fedia muito a cola isso pecou Administração do hotel em relação a esse episódio tem que ser mais organizada, precisa de uma consultoria hoteleira

As camareiras são mais simpáticas que a recepção. Os corredores das alas superiores apesar de limpas são de carpete. O Wi-Fi para quem depende de home office não foi bom ( solicitei antes um local adequado) check in muito tardio. O café é apenas ok! Acredito que tenham opções melhores na cidade.
