"I stayed in this hotel 2 different nights in 2 different rooms. Both rooms had a musty smell. Both ac/ heater units had buttons that were worn and broken."

"From the minute I entered the lobby until I left, the staff was amazing! Friendly, welcoming, professional and nice as can be! My room was exactly what I reserved, clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again!"

"Breakfast menu was minimal, no hot foods at all, Coffee was luke warm even after staff checked it, overall selection was very poor and not up to Hilton group standards. Elevator carpet patched, door had graffiti covered up. Carpets in elevator and Hallways were dirty and worn, carpets in room were stained, beds creaked loudly when you sat on them, mould around bathtub seams was disgusting. Will never book another Spark product again, this was an embarrasment to Hilton,I am a Hilton Honors member for years, will return but never to another Spark, it should be called an Ember! A burnt out one!"

"The suite we stayed in was spacious, quite and clean. The breakfast bar items were excellent. The special order. omelets was a nice touch. Only one of three elevators were in service which was a real frustration given that the facility appeared to be at near capacity on our two night stay."
