Although the hotel was s little dated and could do with a spruce up the price was an absolute bargain when compared with other hotels and right next to the main train/tram stops.

The property is Very hot, the noise from the trams is 24/7 .the rooms are clean tidy and functional. T worst aspect is the continuous begging and harassment in the surrounding streets and central station. There are organised begging gangs at the entrances. Use this for shorter stays and keep your belongings hidden,my associate was approached at 0630 for 20 euros whilst having a smoke prior to breakfast, which is very nice.

Location was great, right across from the main train terminal. The hotel is located on a very busy street. Very noisy. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the street. Rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable, bathroom was clean and roomy, breakfast was very convenient. Very good hotel, just noisy

Good budget hotel

There are ups and downs with this place the ups, most important thing for me was that the bed was really comfy and facilities worked well. Breakfast was ok, staff were very friendly. Downs, carpet looks like it's been there for far too long, the lift was broken so it was stairs to 5th floor, only 2 slice toaster for lots of people was a bit silly. Local area was very unsavoury looking but didn't get too hassled

Rooms and breakfast perfectly acceptable, good thing as I bought 8 nights unseen.TV didn’t work despite many days’ effort by staff to fix it, but all channels were in Germany anyway. Staff including manager seemed stressed by small malfunctions but were friendly. Convenient to railway station for day rail trips to surrounding interesting cities like Koblenz, Worms.

It is in th middle of getto region. Therefore we find there very dangerous. Our bed was clean but broken. Luckily we didnt fall while we were sleeping. If you like adventures you should try this hotel. Breakfast was good. It is a good opportunity to feel in an international hotel

Exceptionally warm!

Bed & shower ok. Walks had black marks all over them. Exceptionally warm in the room with no aircon or fan. Very close to station. Would have been much nicer in winter!

The property was utter disgust, this should not be allowed to host people. The room was dirty, unprepared, the area is horrible. You should close this thing down, before something happens. People are in real damger around here.

The reception area was very clean and welcoming. The hotel is located in a not so good area of town. There are a lot of people milling around all the time. The hotel rooms are not very clean and they don’t have air conditioning. The street being very noisy made it very difficult to sleep with the windows open in an attempt to cool off the room.

Loud and door in the balcony is defect

The location is near the main train station and easily accessible to the city center, which is good. The room is clean and newly renovated. However, it was loud because my room was in front of the tram and bus stop. I can not sleep. You can also hear the other guest screaming and talking in the other room. The door in the balcony is broken, which is why I can't close the door and the roller of the window is also broken. Overall, I had a sleepless night. Food was great though and you can save money as well.

The location is very convenient to the main train station. The rooms are small but clean. The rest of the hotel is very worn (carpets and walls). I found the bed comfortable. The hot water in my first room was luke warm. The radiator in the bathroom hummed and the radiator in the bedroom did not work. Maintenance staff attempted to fix both radiators. The results was a flood in the bedroom. I was moved to other smaller room with an apology. In my second room the heat worked in the bedroom but the dryer rack in the bathroom did not.

I like... nothing. I don't like... all of it. We didn't expect what we have experienced. Probably the worst. For 3 nights we have to suffer to the noisy environment. (Police sires here and there. Drunk people shouting). This is because there's no aircon or even fan provided in the room, specially it is summer time, so we have to leave the windows open to survive the heat. 3 nights we need to suffer and they don't even care. We've asked for a fan but replied that they don't have any available. We've been booking holiday packages from Expedia but this is the worst experience ever.

Awful Avoid

If I can I will give no Star! This place is totally run down, Very dirty room , dirty carpet look like never hoovering, the towels stained with something like a skid mark ! Balcony looks like haven't been cleaned since opened! First check in and 5 mins late when down to the reception complaining about the towels and one of the reception guy doesn't look like the receptionist doesn't understand English! I told him I just check in 5 mins ago and you provide me a horrible towels with skid mark that's not acceptable ! And he use Google translate to me say why I'm I bring down the dirty towels to the reception, if I need a clean towel I should not put any sign up my door and I keep explaining I just check myself in and Notting to do with the house keeping request and he getting louder and aggressive. The outside of the hotel everywhere full of homeless and drug people! Very feel unsafe!!! Hotel website photos no way look the room photos !!! Breakfast staff drop the tea spoon and picked up from the floor then put it back to the trays that was very disgusted! The noise from the outside is totally awful can't sleep at all .
