I recently stayed at the nhow Frankfurt and had an excellent experience! The room was clean and well-maintained, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was the charming lounge on the upper floor, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a bite and a drink while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and great music. The combination of modern comfort, attentive service, and a stylish ambiance made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Big room, right next to a mall

Fun hotel. Location not in heart of city but 10 minutes to city center via Uber for under 10 Euro. Had a jr suite and enjoyed VIP 24/7 lounge. Thanks for the rollaway at no charge. Enjoyed being right next to mall with a grocery store.

Amazing hotel

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in major cities around the world. This was a standout as the best ever. The room was spotless - and I mean it looked like I was the first person to ever stay in it. The staff was friendly. The location was amazing. I don't know what else to say except....wow!

Modern Property

Front desk service bordered on nasty on two occasions. The property itself is in great shape. Very modern...so modern it has a vibe that it is trying toobhard to be modern and trendy. Location is near a large shopping mall and varied restaurant options, but not near the older part of town.

Our room is very big and the views provided by th floor to ceiling glass windows were stunning! Our bookings entitled us to the VIP lounge. We were able to access anytime and it has nice snacks and beverages! Will definitely stay here again if we visit Frankfurt! The only negative for us is that the bathroom has see through corners and there is a open bathtub outside the toilet which we could not use since we are staying with my adult daughter. For couples on honeymoon will be perfect!

The property & customer service was above expectation! The only problem I faced was being double charged at checkout. Although, I paid my reservation in full through Expedia, I was asked to give a card as a guarantee, & it was charged the hotel’s nightly rate in addition to the guarantee amount.

New hotel, very nice, with good services. It's a particular hotel because half of the bathroom is inside the bedroom (as the sink) so if you are not alone it could be a little bit "weird" to wash your face or brush your teeth in front another person. I don't know why they don't give slippers. Anyway it's a very comfortable hotel with a rooftop bar included at the 47th floor.

the place to stay in Frankfurt for us!

We fully enjoyed our recent three-day stay in this refreshingly modern hotel with a very friendly young team. Upon a previous visit Margarita had taken the time to show us several rooms and give us a great tour, so we were really looking forward to our stay at last. Her friendliness and charm is typical of all the colleagues as we've experienced now. We appreciated very much our complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, tastefully and humorously designed as the entire hotel with a money motif. Although it wasn't technically a room with a view (the name is for rooms on a higher floor), we really enjoyed our view from the 7th floor of other skyscrapers like the Messeturm and the Matthäuskirche church steeple with lots of light due to the generous spaciousness of the plaza area. The room's layout is very practical with space and plugs for all kinds of devices and enough clothes hangers for us both. The bed was made to dream on, the wooden floors spotless, the shower very easy to use. Our large room safe at first didn't work, but Mohammad was on duty even after 10 p.m. and quickly fixed it for us. The special VIP Lounge open to those with suites had drinks and snacks available morning, noon, and night. And what better way to crown our stay in Frankfurt after a generous late check-out than to visit to the NFT Skybar lounge on the 47th floor with - of course - breathtaking views and also a very friendly competent young staff able to deal with the crowds and make us feel at home.
