The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with our room upon arrival and they responded immediately. A great location, a few hundred meters from a shopping mall with a well-stocked supermarket. Would recommend it to others.

We needed a place to stay overnight, flying in from The Canary Islands one evening, and flying home to the US the next morning. We didn’t have time to visit Frankfurt, but the Steigenberger had many great amenities and we ate at the German Restaurant
