Our Creekside Cutie is the perfect space for couples, small families, golfers, hikers, or friends looking for a getaway. Our home sleeps 4, is located in a golf course community, has a king size bed and sleeper sofa, large flat screen tv, fast internet, and gas fireplace. We are located close to a top hiking area near the Appalachian Trail. Paved roads all the way to the home, quiet, not far from shopping and top sight seeing! The home has a beautiful creek that flows behind it. Come relax Creekside!

As you wind through our neighborhood you will see the amazing view of the Nantahala Mountain range and be on the lookout for an abundance of wildlife that share their natural habitat with us, daily deer sighting is expected. Year round rental available come during different times a year and experience all four seasons Spring beauty of the Smoky Mountains, cool refreshing summer nights, gorgeous fall colors and mild winters, with the occasional winter wonderland surprise. Mill Creek Estates is located 10 minutes from downtown Franklin, a centrally located picturesque small mountain town located within 100 miles of Atlanta, Ga, Greenville, SC, Knoxville, Tenn, Asheville, NC and Chattanooga, Tenn. Please follow the directions provided to our home, some GPS' don't always lead you to the correct location. Google Maps is the best here in the mountains, please do not use Apple Maps to access the cutie or you will be lost.

Pets are welcome, and even have some of amenities of their own. If you have a pet, please discuss the rules and fees that apply. Failure to disclose pet will result in pet fee being billed.

If your pet is approved please clean up after your animal, in and around the cutie along with anywhere within the neighborhood. An additional cleaning fee will result if guest fails to do so.

We have broadband wifi available at the cutie, it is capable of streaming with some of the best download and upload in the mountains.

The cutie is located within a quiet gated golf course community. If you will be checking in after 8pm please let the host know and directions for entry after the gate is closed.
