"I booked a room for 5, and the booking said the room slept 5. We got up to our room and there was no cot or anything for my 12 year old to sleep on. We went to the front desk and asked about sleeping accommodations for the 5th person on the room and that we specifically booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5.
