"The staff at this hotel are amazing. Very helpful and really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room we had was beautiful and always clean. We had a turndown each night with a little surprise that was left for us like chocolate, hot chocolate etc. This is a must hotel if you are staying in Franschhoek. Great location also."

The property itself is absolutely stunning—surrounded by vineyards and mountains, it feels like a serene escape.
