"Property was very nice. We were advised in advance that there was construction in the area but it did not affect us. For a relatively new property we were surprised with the number of stains on the carpeting in both bedrooms. Carpet was clean, just stained. Unit was clean and contained everything we need. There was an issue with the garage door opening that the host worked diligently to resolve. Since it was summer parking outside was not an issue and did not affect our stay. Communications was excellent. Overall a most enjoyable getaway. Would definitely rent again."
"Amazing stay! Perfect location! Parked our truck Friday and didn’t use it again until we left Monday. You can ride to all the trails easily and 25 minute bike ride to Winter Park. Walk around the corner to an awesome brewery, doesn’t get much better than this little house. House is spotless, organized, has everything you need including a very comfy bed. Definitely treat yourself to a good sweat in the sauna! Thomas was great and super helpful! Can’t wait to return! "

"Staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Really pleased with the customer service. Rooms were clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable.
I would like to see USB plugs or wireless charging in the rooms. Without a wall charger there was no way to charge my phone. Front desk lent me their own personal charging cube. Super nice! "
"We had a great vacation with this place as our home base while exploring the Rocky Mountains. We stayed 7 nights with our grown children and spouses. 7 adults total. We fit nicely and had a great experience. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen, gathered for movies and puzzles in the living room, grilled on the balcony and enjoyed plenty of space to spread out. We had a little issue with check-in but the owner responded immediatley and we were in within minutes. Overall great experience!"
"Very comfortable and so sweet on the river. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. A bit dark but the porch on the river made up for it as that is where we spent most our time. Very clean too!!"

"Great house to celebrate the 4th of the July with the family. Kids loved the firepole, secret loft and access to a really fun clubhouse and amentity space. Adults and teens loved the pool table. Enough kitchenware to feed an army. The only negatives are that the house could use a better bluetooth speaker and the grill is in really rough shape."
