"Business trip. Wonderful hotel in a great location. Parking was easy (which counts for lot when travelling for work), hotel was architecturally interesting and full of history, and the rooms were quaint and clean. Above all the staff were brilliant. Will definitely stay again when passing through. "

"The room was not clean (garbage from previous guests and dust under beds), each time movements were made in the first bed it switched on the light during the night, the airco was very noisy, shower was leaking… "

"Breakfast was good apart from the lack of eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. Strange there were no tea making facilities, plenty of coffee options but no tea. Dinner was very good if a little pricey. Parking was very easy"

" One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit."
