"I was happy with this rental overall. The home was very clean. The home is located in a close location to town; so I was able to walk to the stores. I was also able to walk about 3 blocks to the river. Plains is a very nice, quiet small town. The location was close to Quinn's Hot Springs Resort (11 miles). The host replied to my questions in a very timely manner. The only improvements that could be made would be getting a new sofa sleeper and furniture; as it is not the most comfortable. My parents did say the bed was comfortable in the bedroom though. Be aware that this rental is not too far from train tracks; but this didn't bother us at all. I feel I paid a very decent price for this rental. I would stay here again. "

"Super cute little inn! I asked for early check-in and they delivered. Although older and small, this little spot has been thoughtfully upgraded. They've done the best they can with the space they have! Not sure if the A/C worked all that well and it was very noisy, but everything else was just perfect."

"The host was very friendly and this spot was perfect for us for the night. Quiet and close to the event we were in town to see. It was hot but had hookups so we enjoyed the AC in our camper until it cooled down enough to open up windows. Such a lovely little town. We'll be back next year!"
