You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the full house and backyard area. Guest will be able to access home by keypad. Driveway is not available to guests. Street parking is available right in front of the house and can fit 2 vehicles. (guests won't have access to the back storage)

- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
