"Several items were broken including the chandelier, tv, dishwasher, and a transition when coming into the room from tile to wood vinyl flooring. The partial view was accurate, and there were appropriate dishes to go with the kitchen portion of the suite."

"The room was just as described online. The ocean was visible even though it was rainy and foggy weather. We were able to relax and reset. "

"Was fine. Oceanview. The only thing was that the toilet ran,slowly, the whole time. Took a bit for the shower to warm up. Not big problems; just an extra expense of water for them."

"Oceanfront room with an unobstructed view. The room was clean. Furniture is in great condition. Staff is vary accommodating. We would definitely return to this resort."

"Room was clean, staff was very nice. I didn’t have a view of the ocean from my balcony. The restaurant with free breakfast was across the street from hotel, so I didn’t go. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub. Great location!"

"I booked through Expedia, went to check in and was told there was no vacancy. Instead of a refund, I was offered nothing and me and my children were left with nowhere to sleep after a 7 hour drive there. Expedia nor the hotel were helpful. I spent 2 hours trying to resolve the issue but was told nothing could be done because the hotel kept hanging up on the Expedia agent. "
