"The property was alright. I did not have high expectations based on other reviews I had read before booking. Upon arrival, the front office staff was very kind and helpful. Parking is across the street in one of three lots based on availability. The room was clean, though it definitely had signs of moisture damage needing repair. I had reserved an ocean view room. We were placed on the first floor, which does have a walk-out door from the room to the patio; the view was obstructed by trees, tall natural grass, and a fence line on the beach. Each day, towels were left outside the door of the hotel room. There is no housekeeping during your stay. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, though it was small in size. The shallow end was much smaller than the deeper end, so the pool can become crowded quickly. There is access to a lazy river, a small pool, and a hot tub in an adjacent building across a small parking lot. The lazy river did not have a flow to it, so my kids quickly became annoyed and bored. There is a nice concrete walkway that you can take to local restaurants and shops. We were there for three nights, which was a good time frame."

"This property was not what I expected.The property definitely needs an upgrade, it looks and feels dirty. Carpet needs replacing, ceiling was damaged and painted over. There was hair on floor & in tub.The indoor pool isn't really indoor had plastic sheets hanging down to separate the in from the out. The breakfast was across the street and was not that good, the tiny fitness room was across the street and had only 4 machines and dumbbells. Staff was great, especially at breakfast, bar outside had good drinks.I would not stay here again. My review may be bias, we usually stay at Embassy Suites, Sheraton, or Marriott "

"Clean pleasant staff. Lounge chairs pool side. Easy access to the beach. Breakfast was delicious. Key car access required to go into areas including elevators. Felt safe. "

"Don't stay here if: -You want to stay in a room you actually booked. We booked a suite that sleeps six and got a room with one bed initially. We called to confirm the day before and day of but when we arrived, they did not accommodate us with the proper room. We were eventually moved to a room with two beds but still not the room we paid for and reserved. Even after seeing a supervisor in the morning, we were told we would not receive the proper room. -You value cleanliness. This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. We went to the Dollar General around the corner and bought cleaning supplies to scrub our room. -You might need an extra blanket. We called the front desk as directed and it took four hours before we eventually went to the front desk (a building over) to simply wait there for the blanket. When handed to me by an empathetic staff member, the person at the front desk said that it may have been someone else's blanket who called. -You get a voucher for breakfast. The voucher expressly states that you'd be entitled to one menu item and unlimited non-alcoholic beverage. When we presented it to request a sandwich, the staff indicated that it was only redeemable for the buffet as of (conveniently) that day. The buffet had run out of pancakes, had no toast; only eggs, undercooked bacon, and potatoes. No other options. Overall, this was the worst stay we've ever had in a hotel. The beach and nearby attractions were wonderful."

"The view that was coming from our room was so dreamy and beautiful, also all the water activities we were provided with in the hotel were so fun and enjoyable. At last, we all had a great summer break trip."
