"If you have an early flight and think you can check in early bright something comfortable to lay your head on while you wait. No rooms available until after 1pm. The staff especially Ms. Pony was very nice and tried to help as much as she could."

"The room was clean, and we had a nice view of the NYC skyline. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a few different options to choose from. We did experience a few minor hiccups, including Wi-Fi issues on our first day and the fire alarms going off one night. These were not the hotel’s fault and were unavoidable. If you’re looking for an affordable stay with a great staff outside of Manhattan, this is a great place to consider. I recommend using the subway or Uber for transportation. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the Queens subway station. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back again. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our visit a pleasant one!"
