The 1st deck is 1080 square feet, the 2nd deck is 980 square feet with one side uncovered for sun bathing above it all. Each bathroom is designed to have the Spa feel and feel of luxury, marble counter tops and thoughtfully selected tiles and colors to help you relax and enjoy a bath. Our yard is fenced so our our legged friends can run and explore and enjoy their vacation as well. Our house is situated next to the rocks at Treasure Island which has the most relaxing sounds of waves splashing in the rocks. It's truly a great vacation location. As a builder and having adjusted houses for multi-family rentals this house is second to none.
