As seen on HGTV’s Beach Front Bargain Hunt season 25 premiere!

Built in 2014, this updated beach house is steps away from the water. Guests can entertain family and relax in and out with 3 bedroom 3 bath home with 4 decks, which all have views of the ocean and bay. The home will provide accommodations for 10 and provides a kitchen which is stocked with all the utensils and cookware to satisfy the chef in you. There is also a gas bbq with provided propane. The living room and dining table has plenty of seating to eat, play games or work on a puzzle. There’s patio seating underneath the home as well as an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) to be enjoyed after a day playing at the beach.

Tip Sea Turtle has many other amenities all included. Brand new furniture, high quality towels and linens. There is a full size washer and dryer. Each queen and full bed have memory foam mattress covers on them. High speed WiFi, DVDs, family games and puzzles to maximize family time.

Packing everything you need for the beach takes a lot of room. So we keep beach chairs and a wagon for your use. Even a shovel to help you dig a hole for a bonfire.

The home has 2 master bedrooms that each have a queen sized bed. One with a full bath and the other a 3/4 bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, single over full. All bedrooms are on the second floor and there is also a 3/4 bath on the main floor. Enjoy ocean views from both master bedrooms.

There is a cleaning fee to pay the house keeper for thoroughly cleaning the house after every guest stay. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your vacation!

Easy check in/out. Guests will receive an unique code that will be active throughout their stay. No rusty lock box to tackle.

Surfside is a quiet village a little over an hour away from Houston. This one traffic light town has beach front dining, a couple convenient stores along with food trucks on the weekends. There is great surf fishing and a crabbing pier to be enjoyed. Walk along the beach or jetty and watch dolphins and turtles swim by.

Tipsea Turtle was a great place to stay! House had everything we needed and the walk to the beach was much shorter than expected! House is in the perfect spot. Would love to stay here again.

A good time

Everything was as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed plus additional items such as additional beach chairs which came in very handy. The location is good with and beach access is just steps away. We had a great time with family on the beach. The overall condition of the property is excellent and well maintained. The host is very responsive to any questions or requests. We will definitely return.

Great spot.

Great location, helpful owner who responds quickly if you need anything. Would stay here again. Nothing real fancy, but has everything you need and very clean. Very short walk to the bridge onto the beach. Toys to play with for the beach, great view from the deck. Our group of 9 had a great time.

Amazing vacation

My family and I had an amazing time at the Tipsea Turtle. The home was spacious for the 6 of us. We did not have any concerns of cleanliness as the home was immaculate upon our arrival. The beach was just a few steps from the home. We were able to relax and enjoy a week away during the crazy pandemic. I appreciated the communication I had with the homeowners!! We will return for another stay.

Great stay and a fun time

Property is within short walking distance from the beach. Has good view of the beach from both side of the house. The houses are pretty close to each other and Weekends are super busy in the neighborhood and the on the beach. Pretty quiet during the week though. I imagine this is different during busier months of the year. The house has everything needed for a long stay. Beds and sheets are soft and comfortable. The house is well furnished and has lovely decor. Outdoor seating is comfortable and well designed. Lots of beach chairs provided. Outdoor shower and a hose are great combing back from the beach. We had a great time and would come back again.

nice house close to the beach. 3 bed 3 full bath. seems to be a fairly new property.

Not a front row house, but can clearly see /hear the Ocean from either front or back deck. Easy walk over a bridge to a foot-path bridge to tbe beach. The city beach entrance is exactly one mile from the house. There are three Bar & Grills on the beach which are at .25 and .5 miles from the house. Hosts were accommodating and quick to respond. Rooms are well done with two Master Suites, which was a pleasant surprise Kitchen is well equipped including some spices (recommend as with most VRBO to bring your own). Outdoor amenities include beach chairs and umbrellas (bring your own beach towels).

Great house for first visit

It was our first time out in surf side beach and it was a great first experience. For the people that went it was a perfect house and location. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be rebooking later on.

Great location and views

We spent Labor Day weekend here and had the best time! There are multiple balconies that each have great views and it's very close to the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook grill and enjoy family time. There was plenty of space for multiple cars and lots of beach stuff to borrow. We really enjoyed our time and plan to stay at this house again in the future! best been

Beautiful Beach House- Steps from Beach

Owner Kale & wife knocked it out of the park. If we had a beach house this is what I pray it would be like. Don't worry about a thing here. Updated & decorated wonderfully. Peaceful Stay - definitely recommend.
