Front row Beach House with spectacular views located in Treasure Island at San Luis Pass.....where the beaches are secluded, seashells are abundant and fishing is excellent!

For everyones enjoyment, we provide an extremely clean, smoke-free and pet-free home!

The upper deck surrounds the entire house and has comfortable wicker seating to enjoy the sun, relax in the shade, watch for dolphins or gather with family and friends, at night-time enjoy fishing from the deck with the use of the giant green spotlight. The family room, kitchen and breakfast area provide a spacious, open concept with a wonderful ocean view thru large windows across the front of the home. Catch the beautiful sunrise in the morning or enjoy the cool night air in the evening! All three bedrooms have quality beds as well as their own HDTV with Dish Network. Comfortable sleeping is provided for eight (8) guests...the maximum number of guests allowed in our home. This is not your typical rental beach house. It is our peaceful place away from home!!

Just twenty minutes away, historic Galveston Island offers everything in a resort destination...Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn water park, shopping on The Strand, great restaurants including Rainforest Café, Moody Gardens Golf Course, putt-putt golf, historic homes, museums, bike rentals, movie theater and a ferry ride to Port Bolivar.

Surfside Beach is a quaint, little town fifteen minutes away that offers a variety of restaurants, shopping, horseback riding, surfboard and golf cart rentals, crabbing pier and parks.

Kayaking, Deep Sea Fishing and Bay Fishing are also available out of Surfside Beach, Freeport and Galveston.

Great Stay!

This home was family friendly. Right on the water. All reviews and listing descriptions were accurate. We got caught in bad weather at checkout time and the owner was very accommodating to ensure our safety. Heartfelt thanks for that hospitality.

Spring Break

Our varied interests were all satisfied in this rental. Beach combing was spectacular and we saw lots of By-the -wind Sailors on our last day. Fishing off the deck and catching several tagable Red Drums was the highlight for the fishermen in our party. The house itself is comfortable and well stocked. There was plenty of room to accommodate our age range.

Charming

Beautiful home. Great location!

The house was perfectly kept upon our arrival and check in was a breeze. You can’t get any closer to the water and fishing off the deck was a blast. Especially with the green spot light that projected into the ocean. The private beach was nice and just a few steps away. The proximity to Galveston as well as Freeport made it nice as well as they are a short, easy drive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful also. We will definitely be back.

A Heavenly View!

This beach house was lovely! Waking up to miles of ocean right out the windows couldn’t be beat. We saw dolphins right from the deck and the bird watching was great! The sound of waves crashing against the shore was hypnotic! It’s our new favorite place!

40th birthday getaway

This home was booked as a getaway for my 40th birthday. I am so soothed by the sound of the ocean, so when I saw this home was available, I couldn't wait. Suffice to say, this home didnt disappoint. We LOVED our time here. The water crashed right at the base of the deck off the front of the home. The view was majestic. We watched storms roll in over the water, we watched dolphins swim out in front of the house on a calm water day, and watched our neighbors pull fish after fish out of the water from their deck (we didnt bring fishing gear this time, but will next time). The pocket beach 1 house over was PERFECT for our needs. We were able to get some sun, and also get out in the water. In regards to the house, the amenities were exactly as described. The air condition blew cold the whole time, the kitchen was well outfitted, and I was THRILLED that the beds were comfortable. The location was SO nice, we could easily get to Galveston for all its restaurants and entertainment, but we were far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet of the ocean. All in all, this was an amazing trip, and we will be back. Also, it's worth noting, the bridge from surfside to San Luis is a toll bridge that is $2 in cash each direction.

Nice getaway on the gulf

Great place right on the ocean. Constant breeze and beautiful sunrises. Nice beach just a short walk away. About 40 minutes into Galveston if you are so inclined to explore the sights there

Pretty view, spacious

There is no beach at all in front of the house, there is a tiny sandy area at the house over to the left but not accessible when the tide is up. My son couldn’t use the bunk bed without having to completely remake the bed so he slept in a bed with someone else. Ice maker and filtered water on refrigerator didn’t work but a countertop ice maker was provided so that helped some. Plenty of cookware and towels. Directions to the home definitely were not clear, do not use Apple Maps you will get lost, we finally found it using google maps. Overall had a good time minus some bumps in the description of the house.

Absolutely Perfect

Had the most amazing trip. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. This will be our go to destination in the future. Everything you could ask for and you cannot get any closer to the water. Fish right from the deck. Absolutely 💯 perfect.

Family beach vacation

Great house, great location! We've stayed at this house several times. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, the kitchen is well stocked and very organized. We love the beach and fishing (we caught alot of speckled trout and a bull red, a few small sharks were also caught right in front of the deck). This house checked all of our boxes! We had a minor issue with the coffee pot, Sheryl was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Can't wait to come back.
