Hotel was outdated but comfortable enough and clean with plenty of convenient parking. Deluxe breakfast was just overcooked scrambled eggs and sausage patty which was a little disappointing but there are a lot of dining options nearby.

I have stayed at the Picadilly many times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are immaculate, it's quiet, and the breakfast is terrific. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the location is secure with beautiful grounds. I love the feel of the place and have never had a disappointing stay. Gary J. The atmosphere of this hotel is so calming and relaxing with all the trees. It was so different from the typical hotel. I love that I stayed there and will recommend this to anyone that says they are staying in the Fresno area.

Staff was great, so helpful! The breakfast was filling and tasty, enjoyed in a beautiful setting. The hotel felt old, but clean, for the most part. Definitely worth the money!

We have stayed here many times for the past 4 years. We enjoy the quite room, breakfast included and amazing staff. I cannot remember the staff that helped me on Friday at 3:45pm but she helped us get the room location that we wanted. thank you

Beautiful landscaping. Nice to have a hotel room without someone above or below. Bed and pillow need to be upgraded. Staff was super friendly. We would stay there again just for the water pressure in the shower!

First, there staff was wonderful, great attitude and ready to help. Stephanie at the front desk stood out like a bright star. Maids on our floor were ready to help and assist. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were a bit dated but served there purpose. Our days there were busy so the first two days we missed breakfast but made it our mission to eat there on our last morning. They did not disappoint Eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries, juices and of course coffee. Will definitely stay there again
