"Stepping into The Philosopher felt like receiving our very own Hogwarts acceptance letter! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by all of the Harry Potter-inspired details. The castle is truly magical and unlike anywhere we've ever stayed.One of our favorite features was the individual suites. They gave everyone their own private retreat while still allowing us to stay together as a family. It was the perfect setup for our annual vacation with our adult kids and their partners.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the luxurious linens made it even harder to leave each morning. The kitchen was absolutely phenomenal, stocked with top-of-the-line appliances that made cooking together a joy. We also spent lots of time in the game room, which was a huge hit with everyone. The pool and outdoor spaces were beautiful and provided the perfect place to relax and make memories.Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working during our stay. We contacted the maintenance team, and they responded quickly, explaining that a part had to be ordered and unfortunately wouldn't arrive before we left. While we were disappointed, we appreciated their communication and understood that these things happen.The only thing that could have made this magical experience even better would be a fire pit where families could gather in the evenings to roast marshmallows and share stories after a day of adventures.Overall, The Philosopher was a truly unforgettable place to stay!"

"We had six adults and three children and had a wonderful time. The cabin feels extremely private and remote, but it is still only about 15–20 minutes from town, which was a great balance. The views were amazing, and we really appreciated the privacy and peaceful setting. Everything went smoothly during our stay, and the host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend this property."

"This was a last-minute trip and our first time in Broken Bow! The cabin was nothing short of amazing! It is located within 5 minutes of everything you could need and do, but still so secluded! All kinds of critters running around in the night :) We did not want to leave and will definitely be back! Couldn't ask for better hosts!"
