"The condo was spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. While it doesn't offer daily resort-style services, it provides all the amenities you'd expect in a vacation rental. The wraparound balcony is spacious and offered spectacular views. The bedroom was comfortable, with a semi-firm mattress and plenty of storage. The living room TV worked great and included access to numerous streaming apps. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay. The resort itself is very well maintained, featuring three pools, two restaurants, and convenient golf cart shuttle service throughout the property. Sun & Sea Grill, located right on the water, serves classic island fare, while Lionfish Grill offers excellent Asian-inspired cuisine, decadent desserts, and beautiful bay views. There are plenty of walking paths throughout the resort, although the terrain is steep and can be quite a workout. The beach is small but suitable for snorkeling.My only real drawback was the constant music from nearby Coki Beach and Margaritaville during the day. I also wouldn't recommend Coki Beach due to limited parking and the abundance of vendors.For beach lovers, I highly recommend Lindqvist Beach, Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Secret Harbor, and Brewers Bay. Sapphire Beach had some erosion issues during my visit, but the resort there is still very nice. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return."

"This condo was small but was perfect for what we needed. It stayed nice and cool without running the a/c. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was warm and inviting along with the colors they choose. The grounds were beautiful and very tropical. The closest beach was Coki and we fell in love with it. Our stay was great. The hosts were friendly and checked on us to see if they could do anything to make our stay better. Highly recommend renting a car. We walked and used taxis but we still had a great time."

"This is our second time renting from Karen and Rick. They are attentive hosts and the studios are charming and efficient. Since Coki Beach is one of our most favorite, this studio is the perfect location for getting there, 6 minute walk! If you have health issues you can also drive there in 6 minutes, full disclosure as there is 1 fairly steep hill to get over."

"The condo was very beautiful. It had everything that we needed except a generator. Prior to coming to St. Thomas we were unaware of the power outages daily. When we arrived, we did not have power for a couple hours and throughout our stay each day we went without power anywhere between 2 to 6 hours. Seemed the power was always out during dinner time which was very inconvenient because we had planned on cooking all of our meals from the condo to save money.One evening we were actually without power for 14 hours. First thing that next morning we did get in contact with management and they came over. Due to Wapas outages, it some how blew the circuit breaker. They were able to fix it. Other than that, the condo was great, the location was wonderful. The owners were very responsive. Next time we would book somewhere with a generator for sure though."
