There was much to be desired but that did not take away from the overall pleasant experience I’ve had while staying in the area. The hotel is located is situated in the capital which is a great and historic area with a nearby ferry, picturesque views, various activities and friendly, helpful locals. This place was phenomenal, the hotel room was a great price with a great view, the staff was very courteous and helpful, th rooms were very clean the only negative about it is we ate breakfast in the restaurant and breakfast cost $65. Quite a bit overpriced but other than that everything else was great.

We had a clean room, the maid came thru daily and replenished our towels swept up our sand and mopped the floors, and made the beds. The security there were nice and helpful. Didnt see any roaches like other reviews. Our stay was very pleasant with a nice ocean view. The breakfast they offered was good and affordable. Id stay here again.

This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. Overall, it is a really great hotel that is easy to get to and close to everything (ferry, airport, restaurants/shops, and my work. I travel every other month for work, and I will likely stay again (if they can heat up the water a little ;0).

Bay view from the room was nice on some mornings seaplanes would land in the bay waking us up in the early morning. We asked one of the front desk workers if she could take a picture of us seeing that the lobby was empty with no else checking in and she seemed bothered by our request.
