Pool is private, available all year but not heated in the winter. There are security cameras outside, one in the back of the house and one facing the entrance door. Only able to take photo when alarms system is activated and it detects movements. Not able to record video or voice. For your information there are stairs and a short uphill to get up that leads up to the house.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
This a no-smoking property. Possible to smoke outside of the house
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the maximum number
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
