All good rooms clean and the restaurant was excellent and they had parking for our car while we stayed there. 1/2 hour from Grenada only negative not much else to do around there and no public Transportation. You need a car. Staff and restaurant help all friendly. Had breakfast outside every morning! Had drinks at bar at night and dinner as well. Great food and service

We had an amazing stay. Liz at front desk was super nice, helpful and patient. She answered all our questions and made our stay super pleasant. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay there again.

The room was fantastic, huge comfortable very quiet and well equiped. Parking was for extra fee, near indoor accessible w some difficulties for small car. Excellent location, helpful staff.

Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Note: Like many European hotels, there is no elevator.

Convenience to Alhambra, old neighborhoods of Granada, dining and shopping options was outstanding. Hotel has lots of character and is nicely updated to include all amenities one would expect in a modern hotel. Overall a fantastic stay, better than anticipated! Only downsides are that parking is limited and quite tricky (though hotel staff is very helpful in this regard) and the breakfast buffet is very limited especially for the cost (15 Euros, I believe). Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the servers at breakfast. Fabulous location. Truly steps away from the Alhambra entrance. Very tranquil and nicely finished. Beautiful and safe walk down into town - nature filled locarion. I will be back!!

I can't overstate who wonderful the staff was from the beginning of our stay to the end. They had great advise on Granada's attractions and cuisine. Our room was very nice with a great balcony. My thanks again to the staff who made my trip to Granada such an enjoyable experience.
