Spent one night here after hiking Mt Homan. Free shuttle from station but it is also only 15 min walk. Check in very good. Onsen both inside and out perfect. Had dinner at restaurant and buffet breakfast. Room clean, nice products in bathroom, tv and hot kettle for cuppa. Allowed great rest post hike and early look at Dazaifu

最悪でした。温泉はカルキの匂いが充満してたし。フロントは名前間違えるし。高評価の朝食はわざわざ予約しているのに、待たされるし、品切れも多数。 朝食の男性スタッフは全くと言って無愛想で、殺伐とした感じでした。確かに朝は混み合っていましたが、そうゆう時こそ、気持ち良く対応して頂けたら、こちらの気持ちに余裕が持てたのに。 唯一巡回バスのスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。

施設全般とても綺麗で気持ちよく泊まることができました。ただ位置が駅から遠く（しかもこの時期はうりぼうを連れた猪が出て危険）安全な交通手段が1時間に一度の送迎バスかタクシーになるのは残念でした。バスの本数増やすなどしてもらえたら嬉しいです。

今回、新館のシングルを利用しました。 まずフロントに入った瞬間に…なんとなくかび臭い…。。フロントの方の印象は普通でチェックインを済ませ部屋に行こうとするも、新館まで連絡通路を経由するとのことで遠い…。そして新館となっていますが、それなりに年季が入っていてお部屋もなんとなくかび臭い…。朝ごはん付きでコスパはいいですが、リピートはしないです。
