When we arrived late in the evening, the situation at reception was quite chaotic, but it was clearly not the hotel’s fault. Hotels.com had apparently confirmed several family room bookings that were actually not available, so there were multiple families waiting, and some guests understandably became very upset. I would especially like to compliment the hotel staff. They remained incredibly calm, professional, and kind despite the very stressful situation and the fact that a few guests completely lost their temper. They quickly found a great solution for us by giving us two separate rooms instead of a family room, at no extra charge. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it as a convenient overnight stop during a longer road trip.

Centrally located property in easy walking distance of the station, the centre of town, shopping facilities, eateries and the central bus station. Clean room with air conditioning and a great view.

Clerk allowed me to check my bag until check-in time and when I got back, was able to give me a room with a view of the city, which was fantastic! The hotel is just across the street from a small ring-street around the old city center, so very near to everything, but set apart enough that its upper stories (in a shared high-rise) have great views, which really are nice, especially at sunset. Hotel is impeccably clean and convenient, friendly staff, and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel is just a few small streets away from the historic center, but not in it (a relief from crowds), in a very picturesque city with endless restaurants and shops, but also baroque churches and historical buildings. I only had a day on a stopover but got the most out of it, many thanks to the hotel!

We arrived very late at the night. The check in machine looks like have some issue as we can not make the payment for the tourist tax. Room is clean and everything else is good.

Dont waste your time in this HOTEL

We booked a room for 3 people. There wasn't even room for 2 people. A very very small room. The carpet was filthy and very dirty, there were still empty bottles and rubbish from previous guests in the room. Air conditioning didn't work and if you open the windows you can't sleep because of the street noise. We couldn't sleep until 4 pm, the reception is only open until 10 pm. so we wait until morning and report the problem about air conditioning and they were not even sorry. The receptionist told me that "you could just sleep without thinking about air conditioning". But when the temperature is 28 degrees and you are 3 people in a small room, you can't just sleep!!

Perfekt for et stopover. Vi er en famile med 2 børn og det var perfekt for os. Værelset var ikke super stort, men rigtig godt indrettet. Super rent og gode senge. Vi nød vores ophold og kunne sagtens finde på at have det som fast stop på næste års rejse.
