"スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。料理もとても美味しかったです。別館だったのですがエスカレーターではなく3階まで階段だったので、大浴場や食事所に行くための部屋までの往復が大変だった。少し残念なのは客室のトイレと洗面が古かった。トイレに換気扇もなかったのと、建て付けが悪く鍵が閉まらなかった。ただ、お部屋はリフォームされており居心地は良かったです。"
