BSE15 Apartments 3H is a new, air-conditioned apartment for two, right in the centre of Funchal, with access to a panoramic terrace on top of the building — a good base for both a holiday and remote work, with everything a short walk away and no need to rent a car.

The aparthotel has 12 apartments on 4 floors and a shared 116 m² rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Funchal, which has sun loungers and an outdoor dining table for 6 people. There is also a shared self-service laundry room that can be used by guests. The building has lift and staircase access.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has an area of 32 m². It has a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living area with a sofa and a small dining table, a kitchen and a private bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven with microwave, and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), and a Smart TV with international channels.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.

Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.

Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 140 m from the building. Free parking possible at night and weekends in nearby streets.

The Aerobus stop is at 850 m. There are bus stops 150 m away and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.

There are security cameras in the building's common areas, outside the apartment.

Although it is a quiet street, this is a city apartment and there may be traffic noise at peak times and noise from neighbours on the street. Temporary noise from repairs in neighbouring apartments may also occur.

Cleaning of the bathroom and floors twice a week, towels changed twice a week, and bed linen changed once a week.

The shared self-service laundry requires coins for the washing machines and the dryer.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
