For families with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available on request.Located in a private building with elevator access, the apartment includes shared facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. One private parking space is available. The area is convenient, with shopping centers, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Several bus stops are close, and the beach and scenic seaside promenades are within walking distance.Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning.The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts: - 2EUR per night; - This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old. - This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
