Savoy Monumentalis XII – Comfort with Pool

Savoy Monumentalis XII is an elegant T3 apartment located in Lido, the sunniest area of Funchal and one of the most central zones on the island, ideal for those seeking comfort, accessibility, and quality of life during their stay. With a maximum capacity of 6 people, it is perfect for families or groups.

The living area features a bright open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to a pleasant outdoor courtyard, perfect for meals or relaxing moments outdoors.

The private area comprises three comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the exterior. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and also access to the exterior, ensuring natural light and privacy. There is also a guest WC with toilet and sink located in the hallway.

The apartment includes a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy the shared pool and gardens, ideal spaces to relax and take advantage of the island’s mild climate.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 10:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
