"The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The lobby was very nice, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was also nice and quiet, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t hear people in the hallways or through the walls, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We especially appreciated that such a nice hotel was also pet-friendly. It made our stay even more enjoyable!"

"Fresh towels and bath mats daily. Clean room. Helpful staff. Security cameras on site. Would recommend highly. Thank you for making my stay pleasant."

"Great place"

"Great pet friendly resort that allowed the dog to remain in the room while dining in the restaurant. Pet was allowed in the lounge area where they offered the same dining room menu, if you wanted to bring you pet along . Pet treats and food and water dishes already in place in the room."

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation...

"Quick responses by staff! Comfortable bed! Gorgeous amenities! Loved the location was right down from Tandem Coffee!"

"This was a super cute boutique inn and the location was ideal. The staff was super friendly!"

"Good breakfast and the room is clean."

"Excellent location, easy biking to downtown. Views of the river are beautiful in the morning."

"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

"Very lovely boutique hotel in downtown Portland, Maine. Small rooms, and there is no storage, so you have to live out of your suitcase for a couple of days. And there is no table and only one chair so that’s a negative, if you want to work in your room or have room service, there’s nowhere to sit and eat. The walk-in range shower is great, bathroom is lovely, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink is terrible. But overall, a lovely hotel, if I stayed again, probably just for one night. They...
