"First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"There were crumbs by the coffee maker when we arrived.; the ceiling tiles above the shower had water damage and the toilet when flushed always looked like it was going to flow over. The shower had only one pressure flow and it was light so took much longer to get shampoo out of hair. Shampoo and body wash available is poor quality so we bought our own. No broom available in the room to get rid of sand, but could go to the sister motel two buildings down and ask for one to use or get ice there as well."

"Property was extremely clean (not just the rooms…the whole place). You couldn’t get any closer to the beach! The motel is well within walking distance of The Pier and other restaurants and amenities. The view is spectacular! The owners ( who we were fortunate enough to meet) were so nice and helpful! Thanks for a great experience…we will definitely come back!"

"The location was perfect for us! We loved watching the live bands from our balcony Thursday and Friday nights! By 11:30 pm, it was quiet for sleeping, as we enjoyed sleeping with balcony doors open, listening to the waves and the ocean air coming in!Thank you Wendy!!"

"The big plus is how close it is to the beach. There’s also the pool that can be used now that it’s the same owner as the neibhoring motel. But the beds aren’t comfortable. The carpet is such a bad idea with the humid weather abd the sand from the beach. The electric outlets in the room are loose, the mini fridge kept shutting off because the plug wasn’t okay. If you are not looking for comfort, but just a great location, this is an okay choice."
