"This inn is in a beautiful house built in the 1700's. It is in an excellent location: just two blocks from a beautiful beach and the main drag, which includes restaurants, shops, and a small amusement park. It is pretty well maintained for such an old property. If you read the reviews, note the age of the comments. If you want pristine, quiet rooms with fluffy beds, go find yourself a 21st Century hotel. The breakfast was fine and included fresh eggs. The beds are old and not as comfy as a new bed in a new hotel. The blinds do not block light and the floors are creaky; if you're sensitive to that, bring an eye pillow and earplugs. My only real complaint is that the front desk person didn't seem to understand that she was in the hospitality business. She was efficient, but not very friendly or willing to engage in conversation."

"Nice condo, amazing balcony over the beach and the Swicik patio bar. Bands played most of the day, so you better be ready to listen to lots of live be music performances! Felt like we were on the beach sitting on our patio, and watching the bands!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a great location with beautiful views, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"Unit #2 was clean and well equipped, common grounds, patio, pool well maintained. Located on a calm street on a dead end. So close to the beach 5 min walk even shorter to Walgreens, always handy. First experience in a while at OOB and this rental did not disappoint, no need to post photos, the unit is exactly as advised on the property manager website!"
