"This was our 5th year in a row. Rooms are great, beds are as well. They did some updates in bathrooms which were good just the work not the best. Pool is great when it is warm. Hot the first day the. Cold the rest of the trip. But still good pool. Staff great as all ways. Great walk to pier and beach. Will be back next year."

"The location to the beach and downtown for the pier was awesome! 5 min walk to both (with 2 kids in tow). The property was well maintained and very clean. We stayed in unit 7 and the only negative was that there was mold in the bathroom which appears to have been painted over - but is still visible. This was somewhat concerning for us especially having 2 little kids staying in there. Otherwise the room was updated and clean, and all linens and necessities were provided for the kitchen/shower/bedding. They provided coffee pods for the Keurig which was a plus for us! The staff were very responsive to messages and very pleasant. There was a grassy area, patio furniture to sit outside and laundry on site. There is also a pool that had floats to utilize. The pool is heated and also in direct sun so on a hot summer day is definitely not refreshing, but was great for nighttime swimming! The parking lot is definitely a little bit tight/narrow but we drive a big truck so would definitely recommend a smaller SUV/car if traveling here! Overall we had a great trip and would consider this property again in the future!"
