With its location slightly above the town of Lienz, on the Gaimberg, this unique mountain hut offers breathtaking views of the region. The Tyrolean décor with lots of wood creates a unique look. You can warm up by the warm wood-burning stove (plenty of firewood available) while going over your plans for the holiday day. Children play carefree in the enclosed garden, which is also equipped with a barbecue. Delightful!

Due to the hut's central location, it is only 3 km to the valley station or mountain station of the Zettersfeldbahn. In a few minutes you can also reach the beautiful town of Lienz, which is always worth a visit. In summer, you can start wonderful hikes through the distinctive nature directly from the hut

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
