Amazing location but slightly remote , breakfast is very good, comfort of 3rd bed was not good at all, restaurant - good food but weak service.

The Borgo is situated very far from the main road, with a small scary road that we did not dare drive in the dark. There were tons of bugs, we got eaten alive our 1st time at the pool, we only stayed 20 mins. Our initial room was awful, next to reception, where groups of people hung out. But the manager allowed us to choose a better room, thankfully, as we were there for 5 nights! The restaurant staff were nice and tried hard, but the food was very limited: although it was good, there was not enough food in the morning (only one batch of eggs and bacon made, if you arrive after a group, forget getting any), the supper menu was the same every night. The location was far from most towns we wanted to visit, but overall still a nice experience. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is an old farm, vinyard that has been converted to hotel with restaurant and wine tasting. It's located within 25-45 minutes from several wineries, castles and other old villages. The staff, especially Sabrina, was excellent.

We have bbq night ,was completely disaster,food very bad ,not cooked ,coming 2-3 hours and was in minimum quantities.Service first done to stuff family and friends..than guest.Price 50 euro per person to much was looking like rip off.breakfast limited not big choice…to expensive for what is offering

Outstanding Tuscany Experience

If you are looking for the quintessential, classic experience in the heart of Tuscany, look no farther. Completely off the beaten path, this majestic 800-year-old vineyard delivers in every single way. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially our waiter, Eiman, who was more like a manager and adviser. The meals were fantastic. The wines were to die for, and the setting was peaceful. Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic and the pool, after a hot & dusty ride, was amazing. Friendly staff. I loved my room. The restaurant was superb. Sitting outside in the slowly cooling evening air was delightful. Totally recommend this place. Its only a few minutes from Gaiole by car but, for a bike, it is a little bit of climbing to get to, especially fully-loaded. To bare in mind if travelling from some distance to arrive here. But this place is worth that effort.

Nice out of the way retreat with pleasant staff and good service. Just a little attention to detail like placing coffee sachets and milk joggers if providing a kettle etc in room. The only annoying thing was our room must have been next to the kitchen extraction or mains water boiler which went on all night. So not a good nights sleep had

This place was beautiful with amazing views of the vineyards and was filled with many different outdoor areas to relax and enjoy some good wine. Other amenities like the outdoor pool, tennis court, and archery were a nice bonus. The staff was super nice and helpful. We also tried a wine bath, which was a nice unique experience.

Bom Agri hotel vinícola em Chiant para se hospedar

Nosso quarto era meio pequeno em relação a outros lá, mas bem limpo, com estacionamento incluso e café da manhã simples. Bela área natural com lindas vistas, inclusive de videiras. Equipe muitíssimo cordial e simpática. Como observação ao hotel sugeriria que não cobrassem dos hóspedes que se hospedam a partir de 2 diárias, o tour e degustação na vinícola, principalmente se comprarem pelo menos uma garrafa de vinho.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views

The hotel was lovely, very rustic and the views were amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely need a car to get there as it is a little bit out of the town centre.

Süßes Weingut mit Abzügen!

Als wir ankamen waren wir die einzigen Gäste und total überwältigt von dieser Idylle...zum Abend kamen weitere 40 Gäste die absolut nicht störend waren. Es ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Was uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat wären die Temperaturen im Pool...EISWASSER! Ausserdem war es eine Herausforderung am Pool zu liegen da hier hunderte von Bremsen und anderen Mücken unterwegs waren! Das Restaurant war ok aber jeden Abend wollten wir da nicht essen...geschuldet der kleinen Karte! Beim Wein können wir absolut dem FATA empfehlen....natürlich der teurste aber mit Abstand der beste! Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abzügen.

For de som trenger å bo langt fra sentrum er nok dette greit nok. Vanskelig å finne frem. Dårlig vei, siste delen til hotellet var grusvei!

Wonderful place and surroundings

What a wonderful place. I am a business traveller and have travelled a lot all around the world but this is one of the nicest places I ever stayed at. Fantastic surroundings with the vineyard and the property is so nicely laid out and so well maintained. The staff was incredibly service minded and nice. Definitely a place I would go back to again if I am looking for that kind of vacation. Highly recommended

Per chi vuole farsi una coccola

Situato nel mezzo delle colline del Chianti Senese, per arrivare alla struttura, c'è da percorrere un tratto di strada bianca. Nel complesso un interessante mix tra un agriturismo e una spa, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, struttura ottima dal punto di vista dei servizi e dell'enogastonomia. Ottimo per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere di un panorama indimenticabile.

Bad road access, hard bed, but lovely location.

Was a stunning location, but, the road access was really poor, and the bed in our room extremely hard. We heard from other guests that they had memory foam mattresses. Maybe we got the worst because we only stayed one night.

Very pleased with stay

A unique borgo for learning about chianti wines and very nice hotel with great view. The rooms are decorated to give character of real borgo. Not so comercial feeling about the wineyard - more like a place for passionate winemakers! This was the only wineyard we stopped at in chianti and it was the perfect one for us

Un endroit magique !

Un endroit magique et perdu dans les collines du Chianti. L'hotel propose une carte de mets délicieux, chaque jour renouvelée. Piscine magnifique et accueillante particulièrement après une chaude journée d'été. A recommander sans hésiter....sauf le prix un peu élevé en comparaison à d'autres lieux fréquentés lors du même voyage.
