"Montechioccioli" is a lovely 3-room semi-detached house that is perfect for a family vacation. With an area of 70 m2, the house is spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/sleeping room that is furnished with rustic and cosy furniture. The room consists of a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a satellite TV for your entertainment. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, and an electric coffee machine for your convenience. There is also a separate WC on this level. On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with an exit to the balcony and a room with two beds (80 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. The floors are made of natural stone, which gives the house a rustic feel.
