"Hello, I would like to share some feedback about my recent stay. I truly enjoyed the restaurant areas and the overall atmosphere of the property. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and the pool bathroom, which I consider essential areas in any hotel experience. I have photos of the conditions. The pool bathroom was not properly cleaned during the two days I visited, as I noticed the same visible dirt and residue around the toilet on both occasions. It was clear that it had not been addressed. In addition, the bathtub in my room was not clean and had visible residue and signs of previous use. This was especially upsetting for me, as I was expecting to relax and use the bathtub during my stay, but I was unable to do so because of the condition it was in. Overall, this significantly affected my experience and comfort during the stay, especially given the purpose of my visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the cleaning standards going forward."

"Not clean at all my kids got pink eye from sleeping on the couch!!!!! The staff was rude only one nice receptionist there was rude timeshare scammer guys that kept calling and asking personal questions and super rude and hostile!!!!! Outdoor pool was not clean!!!! Looked black at inside from all the bugs! Didn’t go in the spa couldn’t imagine how nasty!!!! We checked out early due to the hostile guy calling my personal number and the hotel room number!!! We were scared for our safety but not only that my daughter’s eye was so red after our stay we went to the emergency room and they had pink eye!!!!! "

"This place was really great. Plenty of room and all the necessary amenities. The Stagecoach lift is a slight walk, but not much more than if you were parked at the end of the parking lot. It’s very convenient. Not only that, the parking at Stagecoach is free and during the week, it doesn’t fill up, so easy enough to go park a little closer. The condo itself was really nice, big TVs in every room, temperature was good, the beds were comfortable. Also, the staircase to the condo is covered. Makes it very nice for when it snows. Overall, very nice. "

"Terrific location and well-maintained property! All the features in the property were as descibed. It made for a optimal spot for gathering with friends, skiing, and exploring South Lake Tahoe. The host, Jane, was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Our experience there was very positive; highly recommended!"

"Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation."

"House was great and owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. Only took one star was because pool and hot tub wasn't available and it wasn't mentioned in the listing that it was closed. That was a big reason we rented there. If we go back to Tahoe next year we will definitely rent again if the pool is open. "
