"The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years."

"We stayed in a standard room in the main building and it was so lovely! The breakfast was awesome and the walk down to the village was convenient. This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. A very lovely village to visit on your trip around Crete."

Pas vraiment le choix sur Anogia, village tout en longueur et sans charme comme cet hôtel pratique mais pas du tout chaleureux. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. "It is a beautiful and quiet place in a wonderful Landscape, with a good distance to mass tourism. Our friendly hosts supported us whenever needed. The rooms and Terrasses are large and well equipped. The large breakfast is different every day and lovely tasty. The Village Drosia is nearby and several Tavernas offer excellent food for low prices. All in all a wonderful place to be if you don't expect luxury facilities. 😊"
