"The setting of the hotel in an old large farm house is very special in the modern suburbs of Aalborg. The bus to the Centrum is at the entrance of the property. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! We enjoyed the sauna and the pool immensely however the best part of the experience was staff who were attentive, kind and informative. You need to pay 75dkk per person extra for your bedsheets and towels which is a bit awkward also because you can notice that blankets and pillows have disgusting stains spots. Reception is open only on certain hours and you can train your staff to be more accommodating and smiling. Maybe you need a deep cleaning of the sharing...

"Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night. Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower.
