"I had the worst nightmare for the check in process. the link to prefill all the information did not work and i couldnt get the check in information on time and email the host more than 10 times and still did not hear back. we were at the outside of the street in 3am in the morning because the host did not send me the check in information after all the payments processed. I had to pay uber driver a lot of tip to use his cell phone to call the host to obtain the check in. And the expedia agent...

"The Tv and the washer werent working, I contacted the managment and they said they will send someone but didnt. I contacted them again and again and only got an apology. The check in process is terrible and very complicated. The location is so good and the apartment was clean."
