NEW RIVERFRONT HOME ON THE OHIO RIVER!
Welcome to our brand new river front cottage “Kanauga Landing”!
This 2 bedroom cottage offers an excellent place to unplug and relax on the Ohio river here in Kanauga/ Gallopolis Ohio area.
There are festivals and events during the whole year like the Point Pleasant river regatta and the Bob Evans farm festival the Mothman fest and many other festivals in the area.
This cottage offers a front row seat for the fireworks over the river 4th of July and Labor Day weekend.

While the rural and serene setting of this site feels secluded, will be only five minutes from the bustling city of point Pleasant or Henderson,West Virginia. The region is also home to numerous smaller towns and Amish communities for visitors to discover. The nearest major city is Athens, Ohio, which can be reached in just under one hour by car.

Wonderful stay on the river

Our group was visiting the area over a long weekend for the Mothman Festival. The location was a perfect home base for the trip - just a few minutes drive across the river to Point Pleasant. The back patio has a lovely view of the river and scenic bridges. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing.

Great little house on the river!

This location was very cool, sitting right on the Ohio river on the Ohio side looking across to Point Pleasant WV. Good amount of food options on the Ohio side, and a lot of things to go see in the area. The house is well equipped and maintained. Thanks!

Great place to stay

My husband and I spent a few days in Gallipolis. Our main objective was to check out the Mothman Museum. We did that and enjoyed the rest of the time hanging out at the house. All the comforts of home! It was very clean and check-in was so easy. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Great stay when you need a get away!

Cute River Home
