Family vacation we chose this house and we chose right, we loved this house great location, very clean, owners were very helpful with our visit thank you would recommend to anyone
Our trip was great! The accommodations were superb! The kitchen had everything that you needed which really was great since we cooked breakfast and dinner at the rental. The pamphlets that were in the home helped us plan our itinerary while we were in Galveston. The front porch was a nice place to enjoy an adult beverage in the evening! We would really rent this property again while visiting Galveston.

All things considered, the recent hurricane we had an amazing stay at the property. The kids loved their spacious room and the master was great. The owner was super helpful and was very attentive to our needs as they arose. If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely try staying there again!
It was close to our family and friends.Very clean. Reasonably priced. Great hosts. Being across from an old cemetery was cool. We got to see very old gravestones. There was a book in our rental that talked about itt.across from an old cemetery was pretty cool. There is a
The house was perfect for our family of 4.
Positives: The kids loved the bunk bed. Each room and the living room of course had its own tv so that really helped apease the kids when each wanted to watch something different. The host had a bucket of beach towels available plus some beach chairs which was awesome for those that may forget to bring that gear. In the kitchen area there was a tower of all kinds of spices, all the pots and pans/kitchen ware were perfect for what we needed for our stay. They also had a gas grill and the grill kit. The coffee maker had an option to do the carafe or single cup of coffee. Everything in The house looked like it was fairly new. The decor was beautiful, i loved the colors outside and the inside the walls were a crisp white clean with pink hues embedded in the couch pillows and beautiful teal colors splashing throughout the house. And little plant decor just gave the house a natural beauty to it. The light fixtures in the bathroom and above the counter stove all just brought an elegance to the house. Elegant, classy, beach-vibes colors with a hint of nature all in one. In the side yard they made a beautiful area to sit and relax outside. We were able to fit our jeep top in the backyard as well. It was a little difficult to lift the jeep top above the gate area because the top was too wide to actually fit through the side door of the gate, but it was doable. Favorite detail was location: right in front of the famous galveston cemetery.
We had an amazing time. The home was clean, welcoming and has a lot of character. Owners were also responsive and polite. The bathroom is gorgeous and I had some of the best sleep of my life in the bed!

The house was very nice. The host were helpful. Definitely would stay again.
We come to Galveston a couple times a year and always use VRBO. We usually stay at a condo in a big building but this was so much better! House is adorable, listing is accurate. Will be looking for this house again for future visits!
Sometimes on vacation rental descriptions things might be left off or misrepresentative. With this rental everything was as advertised. Great cleanliness, great check in,check out.Did not require the people that are renting the home to do too much.House was everything described and more great experience. Will probably rent again in the future.
In town to visit my daughter. It wasn’t much more than a hotel and so much nicer! The bathroom is fabulous! The beds very comfortable. We all slept very well. We will come back.
Me and 5 friends rented out this home for a weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday. The home was absolutely perfect and looked even better in person than it did in the pictures! The bathroom was magnificent!! The master bed is super comfy. I only wish I stayed longer to enjoy a soak in the beautiful big bathtub. The hosts were so sweet and even left a birthday surprise for me when I first got to the house. So thoughtful! Will definitely plan on staying here again on my next weekend in Galveston!
This rental is a small but very cozy stay. It’s located close to the downtown area and also a quick drive to the beach. You can tell the host has put a lot of effort into fixing this for guests. The two most noteworthy features is the beautifully remodeled bathroom and the side yard with patio furniture, fire pit and grill. We found ourselves very comfortable here for our short stay. The host was super responsive and willing to communicate.
I had a few issues but they were minor and I only mention them to give the host a chance to improve on them for future guests.
1) Please provide a place to dispose of trash from the home. My son is not completely potty trained and the entire kitchen was stuck smelling like a dirty diaper for half the stay.
2) The AC is one of the loudest I have ever heard. I’m not sure if this is due to the return being partially obstructed tv, but it makes impossible to enjoy the living room if the air kicks on because it drowns out the tv. Not sure if the solution for this but I would expect you will continue to get complaints.
3) Add some curtains or blinds over the front and back door and some sort of shade or curtains in the bedrooms. Between the houses outside lights and the lights in the area it felt impossible to have a dark room to sleep. It didn’t bother my wife as much as it did me, but all the light pollution in the area kept me up at night.
For many years been a Single Mom of 5 I never had a time or money to go and take my kids to the beach now they are all grownups 3 of them works now we decided to put some of our money together to have some time together as a family and get to know how The Beach look like was a experienced that I can’t describe because it put me so emotional but I thanks so much the owners for letting us check in earlier, we drive from Springdale, Arkansas Friday night was a long trip because we had to do many stops for gas and to give. A break to my grand daughter and by the time we got there 8:AM we were tired but we desire to go get breakfast and then enjoy the beach by 2PM we were just waiting the time to check inn shower and rest
Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!! Hosts were wonderful! House was perfect for my family of 4 including 2 young kids. They had a pack n play which helped us with packing and beach chairs and a boogie board. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were wonderful with every little thing you need for an easy stay and to keep everything clean and nice. Bathroom was amazing, which included beautiful open shower along with a nice freestanding bathtub. Kitchen included coffee, k cups, spices, waters, and plastic items for the kids. Space was very clean, organized and family friendly. Patio was great and I can tell it would be used lots when it’s not too hot outside. Location was just a few minutes from several restaurants or places to pickup food. During a busy day, it was somewhat of a drive to get down toward the south beaches, but still wasn’t more than 15-20 minutes which isn’t bad at all, even with excitable kids. We would stay here again for sure, had a wonderful time! Thanks!
