There are three double beds , sleeping 6 people. Ideal for friends and small family groups . High speed Wi-Fi, Smart Tv only- No Local channels. There is a kitchen space with hob (no oven) and small fridge and microwave. Strictly no under 25s unless travelling with family. Located on the top floor, this newly updated listing boasts a clean, bright design and comfy furnishings. Right in the heart of the city, you'll be surprised how quiet it is, given its location. The property has an open living/dining/kitchen space that leads to 2 bedrooms just off it. (3 x 4ft6in bed). Carefully decorated, specifically for short term guests and corporate, it provides all the amenities you'll need.

The living area features a mix of a leather reclining sofa with convenient USB charging points, two comfortable armchairs, and oversized bean bags, providing ample seating for six so everyone can relax comfortably. Stairway
Please note that there are 8 flights of stairs (approximately 65 steps) leading to the front door. This may be a consideration for guests with mobility issues or if you are bringing particularly heavy luggage.
**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
