Equipped with all modern features and superb furnishings, the property offers comfort and modern living. Ideal for couples and small families who want to be in the heart of Galway City. We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family. Also note that construction of the new Bonham Quay office block is ongoing opposite the apartment balcony. While this should not impact your stay you may have a lesser view. Due to be completed Spring 2022.
The apartment offers an open plan living, kitchen, and dining space. Attention to detail has been given to this property and is reflected in the overall interior design and layout. High-end tiled flooring flows through the home from the hall to the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and high-end cabinetry and is open plan to the living room. Relax on the comfortable sofa and chair while watching the large flat screen Tv. There are two double bedrooms finished with plush carpet and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a large walk-in rain head shower. Both bedrooms come with a supply of linens and towels. The main hall bathroom has ample room and features a walk-in shower.
Peace Of Mind:
This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels. We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, laundry tabs.
Please Note: The prestigious development of Bonham Quay which will be built opposite the apartment building and is currently under construction until early 2022. While this will not impact your stay in terms of access to and from the apartment but you may experience some noise and a lesser view. Construction should only be between Monday - Friday during normal daytime hours, however we cannot control the builders schedule.
**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.

Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.

The train and coach stations are within a few minutes walk. We provide one parking space for guests.
