The manager was friendly and helpful when the hot water tap didn't get hot. He stressed it was a seasonal operation and they were shutting down at the end of October. It was a cool night 3C. The room was cold and we had to crank up the baseboard heater to full to get it warm enough. The bathroom was ice cold. Could not take a shower as the floors were too cold. Perhaps in the warmer months this property would suffice.

It’s like a typical motel, but the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable!!! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helped us get checked in quickly. Only downside was that a family with lots of kids had rented the 2 rooms beside ours and clearly had the adjoining door open between them because their kids were running back and forth like a herd of elephants which shook our whole room; I could even feel the shaking while I was laying in bed! They’d always rein them by 11pm, so at least we still got a good sleep, none of which was the motel’s fault, just bad parenting.

Nothing spectacular about this motel, as a matter of fact the physical look isn’t good at all , it’s very old and not renovated to push up the standard . In my opinion I think this type of motel shouldn’t be listed on the website . There are flies/insects by the entrance light into the room always waiting for door to be opened and go inside. And I was also charged $20.00 for an extra guest which was not provided for. My experience at this motel was horrible.

The room weren't nice the plugin in the bathroom wood work no plag for the tub you can see outside the door when it's closed the bed is hard and the rugs are filthy dirty I would suggest this to anybody just motel and I found a handful of thumbtacks in the driveway

It is inexpensive, clean, quiet and a couple of minutes to centertown. No frills lodging. The facilities we occupied were worn but in working order. Note the outdoor pool was out of service and needs repair..

It was convenient for a family of six but there was (and still is) an unauthorized charge on my credit card. And the only phone number I can find for the motel goes to a voicemail that doesn't even say the name of the motel, so I cannot discuss the issue with them. I'd hesitate to go back or recommend it.

This property is way different from pictures. When we arrived, they were replacing the roof, taking electricity from our room i.e. workers walking into our room with boots ... This property is fine to stay for sleeping but absolutely over priced. Also bed sheets were dirty.

This property should not be on Expedia site. Misleading customers.not fair for other property when serving better and same cost. I offer one of your stuff for free one night at my cost. This property should be closed. On other side your expedia agent hang up on me while reviewing the issue and never call back fo follow up.

We had a lovely 2-day trip to Gananoque. We did a 1,000 Islands boat cruise, and saw some local sites. The manager of the hotel was very nice and friendly. He gave us restaurant dining tips that were outstanding. He also helped us with our trip away. We wanted to go to Kingston and he recommended that we take Hwy 2 because it would take us right downtown Kingston. We wanted to avoid the 401.

Property was rin down - needed paint and repairs eg carpet was taped in main area. TV Volume control did not work lighting in main room poor Breakfast consisted of coffee nade with local water - sulfur? Chlorine? Jam was almost gone except for bottom of jar scrappings no fruit cookies were broken and soggy commercial orange juice and yogurt were fine Trivago advertized the room for $99 but when I went to the site it was #129 (original price)

La propreté douteuse de la chambre .Des tapis partout on ne sait pas quand ils ont été laves. La piscine pas d eau et la mauvaise herbe qui pousse apres la clôture. Ça fait combien d annees qu elle ne fonctionne pas? J ai réservé à 14 heures et voulu annulé à 15 heures 30 et vous me repondez que je ne peux pas .je trouve cela degueullasse.
