밤 9시까지 찬물만 나오고 난방을 이동형신일 난로하나로 추워 옷을 껴입니다 참다못해 항읠 하니 그제서 고장난 객실 이라고 밤 10시나되서 객실을 난방되는곳으로 교체해 주었음 너무 무성의하게 손님을 받았음 아무리 손님적은 겨울철이라도 너무 했음

Several plumbing issues ( No hot water, tub will not drain, had to shower with standing water in tub). Door locked from inside , would not open. Had to call front desk to open the door. Loose floor fittings . Vending machine was broken. Had to call front desk to fix.

정말 별로였습니다ㅠㅠ흑

아쉬운 부분이 너무 많았습니다ㅠㅠ 1. 프론트 직원와 연락이 한 번에 되지 않음 2. 외부시설 많이 낙후됨 3. 스위트룸인데도 불구하고 싱크대도 없고, 외부음식 반입 안된다고 해서 바베큐 신청해서 먹었는데 터무니없이 비쌌습니다. 요즘 숙박시장이 어려운건 알겠지만..낙후된 시설과 반대로 이용요금이 다른 곳에 비해 너무 비싸서 좋은 점이 별로 없었네요ㅠㅠ

온라인 예약시 호텔전경등 살펴보고, 예약하였는데... 현지에서보니, 폐장된골프리조트에 객실도 많이있는데, 예약당시에는 빈방이 3개라고 소개됨. 강력비추천,일반 모텔보다 못함.

항상 모든 숙박시설을 방문할 때 기대를 거의 안 하고 갑니다. 여기도 기대 안 하고 방문했는데 시설이 참 조용하고, 그런데 또 규모는 크고, 앞에 북한강 뷰도 너무 좋고, 수상레저클럽을 함께 운영하는데 vip 전용이다보니 시끌벅적하지도 않고(가을이라 더 사람은 없었겠지만), 어매니티나 객실 상태가 생각보다 정갈하고 깔끔했습니다. 소품 인테리어가 굉장한데, 소품들도 먼지 안 쌓이고 관리가 잘 된 편입니다. 매 층마다 커피를 내려마실수 있는 미니바가 있어서 아침에 너무 좋았습니다. 정말로 돈 아깝지 않게 다녀왔어요. 부대시설 구경할 겸 오전 산책도 즐거웠습니다.

온라인으로 보았을때 이국적인 느낌이 많아서 꽤 기대하고 갔어요 이미 주변에 편의점이나 마트 없는거 알고 있었고, 거기에 태풍까지 겹친 날 숙소에 체크인 했습니다 숙소 상태는 깨끗했지만, 10시면 모든 서비스가 끝난다는 안내에 좀 당황했고 투숙객도 몇명 안되는지 불도 안켜져있고 리조트 안에 직원 한명 볼수 없었어요 태풍이 한몫해서 마치 유령 리조트 느낌. 아무리 비수기지만 너무 관리가 안되는 모습에 좀 안타깝더군요. 리조트내 편의점 없으니 꼭 미리 사서들어가세요

조금 아쉬웠어요!

블로그 후기들을 보고 가긴 했는데, 생각보다 수영장 은 많이 아담합니다. 그리고 직원이 아주 적고 관리가 쉽지 않은 듯 해요ㅠㅠ... 8월중하순에 갔는데도 직원 거의 없고ㅠㅠㅋㅋ.. 리조트 내 구성은 정말 해외 리조트처럼 되어있습니다! 관리만 잘 되면 좋을텐데 아쉬워요.

디테일한 소품 디자인이 감동적인 호텔

엄마와 단둘이 했던 첫 여행이었습니다. 처음에는 체크인을 어디에서 해야하는지 안내가 부족해서 어리둥절했지만 탐험하는 기분으로 알아가면서 인테리어 디테일에 너무 감동받았습니다. 엄마가 정말 좋아하셨고 다음엔 가족모두 와보자고 하시네요. 음식은 그닥이었으나 새로운 경험을 갖고싶으면 한번쯤 들러볼만한 숙소였습니다.

수영장 물안이 너무 더럽고, 너무 차가웠고, 수영장하나로 예약했던 숙소였는데 너무 실망스러웠어요. 내년에 재방문할건데 그땐 좀 따뜻했으면, 깨끗했으면 싶네요

숙박지 주변으로 뭐가 없어서 차는 필수로 가져가야 합니다. 객실 & 라운지 매우 만족했습니다. 내외부 시설은 너무 이쁘고 관리를 잘해놨는데, 여름이고 강가 주변이라 벌레는 어쩔수 없더군요. 벌레말고 또 아쉬운 점이 있다면. 저희는 수영장 보고 간건데 수온이 너무 차가워서 수영을 별로 못해서 아쉬웠어요.(수온 조절이 안되는 수영장), 그리고 수영장 앞에 당구대등 즐기거리도 많아 좋은데 전부 하자가 있는것 같더군요. 외부라 나무로된 놀거리가 습기를 먹어 뒤틀리고해서 금방 고장났나봐요. 그리고 편의점이 없다는거.. 조금만 보완한다면 호캉스로 몇박이고 다시 가고싶은 곳이 되지않을까 생각되네요.

누구에게도 추천해주고싶지않습니다 기본적으로 물은 제공되어야하는데 화장실 세면대에서 나오는 물이 음용수라 제공되지않는다는데 먹어도된다해도 누가 화장실 세면대에서 나오는 물 받아먹고싶을까요? 화장실이 깨끗한것도아니고 전반적으로 모든 시설자체가 관리가엉망이였습니다 부대시설 다 망가져있던데 그럼 그냥 치우시던가 그대로 다 방치해두는 이유는 뭔지 모르겠네요

최악의 경험. 최악의 서비스. 최고의 가격

일년에 보통 80-100박 정도로 출장, 여행이 잦은 사람입니다 여러 곳 중에서 최근 방문한 곳인데 장점은 적고 단점이 너무 많은곳이고 직원들의 마인드가 너무 이상해 최초의 후기를 써보려고 합니다. 장점 - 서울에서 가까운 위치 - 조용하고 강이 보이는 뷰 (suite 기준) 단점 - 주변에 아무것도 없어서 리조트에서 지내야 하는데 리조트 내에도 아무것도 없다. 할게 너무 없음. 심지어 내가 갔을때는 노천 스파도 공사중이였고 핼스장이니 뭐니 전부 다 방치 수준. 굳이 이용하려면 할수는 있으나 먼지부터 닦고 해야함. - 외부 음식 금지고 밥은 체크인 하루 전날 세시 전에 이야기 안하면 조식도 못먹음. 리조트 내 음식점은 12시에 연다고 하니 체크인 전날 비싼 조식 주문 안해두면 굶습니다. 밖에 먹을데도 없어서 체크아웃하고 한시간 달려가서 맛집 찾아가서 먹었네요. - 석식도 예약안하면 비비큐가 유일한 식사인데 가서 보면 진짜 한번 쳐다보지도 않고 가격표나 메뉴판도 없음. 불피워주는데 3.5만원에 고기 둘이서 4인분은 먹어야 할 정도 양으로 제공되는데 메뉴판도 없고 종업원 한명인데 쳐다보지도 않네요 - 치약 색이 이상해서 유통 기한을 보니 몇개월 유통기한이 지나있네요. 샴푸 등 모든 어미디티 찾아서 보니 제조된지 5년이 넘은 물품들이였네요...다 썼는데... 체크아웃시에 따지니 직원이 자기들 호텔 물건은 ‘헤르메스’ 제품이라 오년 정도 지나도 괜찮다네요 ㅋㅋ 이 소리 듣고 그냥 신고하러 나왔습니다. - 다른 방은 얼만지 모르겠지만 익스큐티브 스위트룸 일박 35만원 결제했고요 주변 펜션 대비 비싸도 와이프 좋은데 데려가고 싶어서 데려갔다가 욕만 하다 왔네요. 컨시어지는 그냥 공실로 있고 탁구대가 있는데 탁구채는 어디있는지 어디서 빌리는지 기본 적인 안내문구 하나 없습니다 가평에 좋은 펜션 많습니다. 가격만 고급화지 여기는 정말 비추 합니다. 5년된 ‘헤르메스’ 화장품 별로 거리낌 없는 분이나 조용하게 아무것도 안하고 방에서 안씻고 쉬다 오실분에게 추천드립니다.

휴식하기 좋은곳

호텔내 시설이 잘꾸며진것 같아서 다른데 안가도 호텔 내에서 놀아도 좋아요 위치도 남이섬과 가까워요 그렇지만 남이섬에 사람이 너무 많아서 남이섬은 안가는게 좋아요 그리고 시설은 좋지만 가격이 조금 높아요 사전에 리조트 내 시설을 잘알아보고 어떤걸 이용할지 계획 세우고 가야 좋아요

클럽인너 사용후기 및 이용안내

1. 네비게이션상 정문과 실제정문이 상이하다 - 구 정문에 현수막이 낡아서 잘 보이지 않는다. 30m정도 더 직진하면 정문 나옴. 2. 호텔&리조드 나눠져있으며 체크인하는곳을 찾기 어렵다. - 호텔B동 1층근처로 가면 작은 표지판이 있음 3. 호텔수영장 / 리조트수영장 물 온도 차이가 분명함 - 호텔수영장은 가족및유아 리조트수영장은 성인전용이라 안내를 처음부터 하지않아 리조트수영장에서 짐풀고 카라반까지 결제 완료하니 직원이 와서 성인전용이라 안내하여 결국 호텔수영장으로 다시 이동하였으나 호텔수영장은 지하수를 사용하여 추움(성인이 놀기에도 추움) 아이들이 놀기엔 부적절 하다 판단 호텔측에 리조트수영장 사용여부를 물었을시에는 이유도 알려주지 않으며 거절 결국 호텔측 팀장이 오셔서 한단소리가 오후3시쯤 환불해주겠다 였음 그런 아니라한 대처가 아쉬움 / 아이동반은 호텔수영장 사용, 성인은 리조트수영장 사용

나만 알고 싶은 히든 호텔

모든면에서 좋았습니다. 일단 리조트내 식사를 적당한 가격에 해결할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 하지만 아쉬운점은 정말 좋은 뷰를 볼수 있는 방의 커다란 창이 외부에 거미줄과 벌레 사체들이 많이 끼여 있었습니다. 외벽(창문)청소가 있었으면 하네요. 어메니티도 만족하고.. 직원들의 서비스도 만족하고 근래 들어 이렇게 만족스러운곳은 오랜만입니다. 머무는 동안 친절한 서비스에 감사드립니다.

청결하고 좋으나, 부대시설 비용이 상당함

전체적으로 잘 관리되어 있고, 직원분들도 친절합니다.호텔과 리조트가 나눠져있고, 리조트 이용은 모두 현장 유료입니다. 카라반 8만원, 방갈로 5만5천, 선베트 1개당 1만5천원 받더군요.사실 낮에는 그늘이 없어서 수영장 사용도 어려워 한가로운데 그렇게 비싼금액을 책정했어야 하는지...BBQ장도 대여료 3만5천원별도인데 음식이 사실 너무 실망이었어요.고기상태도 안좋아보이고, 연기때문에 음식먹기도 너무 어려웠어요.외부음식 반입이 안되면 좀더 신경을 써주셔야할것 같아요.금액에 비해 부대시설까지 모두 비싸서..만족스럽지 못했어요.

시설, 서비스, 공유개념의 거실 등 전반적으로 만족하였으나 취침시 룸 안밖의 방음이 전혀 안되어서 상당히 당황스러웠습니다..... 해당사항은 체크아웃 할때도 직원분에게 별도로 말씀 드렸습니다만 반드시 개선을 해야할듯 한 내용입니다.

전반적으로 관리가 매우 잘 되어 있는 리조트였습니다. 수영장 이용 시즌이 아니라 즐길 시설이 많지는 않았지만, 전망이 좋아 휴식만 하고 오기에도 충분히 만족스러웠습니다.

이국적인 분위기와 정말 힐링이 필요하신 분들께 추천

옥상 테라스룸의 넓은 테라스와 앞에 보이는 강과 산의 절경은 이루 말할수 없이 매우 훌륭합니다. 직원들의 친절함도 매우 만족하며, 각종 부대시설도 매우 만족스럽습니다. 특히 아침에 하는 야외스파는 정말 좋더라구요. 모든 시설이나 세세한 부분들까지 상당히 디테일하게 잘꾸며놓고이국적인 분위기를 상당히 연출해냈습니다. 거기 있는 내내 일전에 갔었던 코타키나발루 리조트에 있는 기분이 들었습니다. 수영장도 매우 훌륭했습니다만, 지금은 날씨가 쌀쌀해서 이용을 못했다는게 아쉬울 뿐이네요. 마지막 체크아웃 할때는 혹시 회원제도 운영하시냐고 물어봤을정도로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 아쉽게도, 회원제는 고려는 해봤지만, 일단 지금은 안하는것으로 들었습니다.
